Service Agreement

All work is based on agreed requirements. Any additional features will be billed separately.

Payments must be made according to milestone or invoice schedule. Delays may pause development.

Unless specified, each project includes a limited number of revisions.

Full ownership is transferred to the client after final payment.

Both parties agree to keep project information confidential.
