Which industries is Smart Factory built for?

How much does Smart Factory cost?

Enterprise pricing for custom modules and multi-site deployments is scoped on a call. All plans include cloud hosting, training, monthly updates, and direct support.

How long does implementation take?

Does Smart Factory replace SAP?

No. SAP stays your system of record. Smart Factory imports job data from SAP or Excel, runs the live floor execution and QC layer that SAP does not cover, and keeps everything reconciled — eliminating double data entry instead of adding another silo.

How does QC enforcement work?

Every production stage has a digital QC gate. The inspector approves, holds, or rejects each piece with a reason. A rejected or unapproved piece cannot move to the next stage — the system blocks it, so errors are caught at the source instead of at final inspection.

Is Smart Factory available in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Smart Factory is live in production in Saudi Arabia today, and we deploy for plants in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu, and across the GCC. Skyelevate is a UK-registered company serving the KSA and Gulf industrial market.

Do floor workers need technical training?

No. The shop floor app is designed for one-tap use: a worker sees their assigned tasks, marks them complete, and sends them to QC. Onboarding and training are included in every plan.
